A new product has been launched to prevent human errors during raw material input. By combining a tablet-type system device with a wireless electronic key controller, it prevents three types of human mistakes that occur during the raw material input process. The verification method has been changed from the conventional QR code scanning (used in the material misinput prevention system) to artificial intelligence (AI) character recognition using an internal camera, enabling verification of raw materials without QR codes. The accuracy is higher than that of commercially available optical character recognition (OCR) scanners. Furthermore, the development of a new IoT wireless controller allows for unlocking electronic keys wirelessly, improving ease of installation and scalability.
